Service Description

Spiritual Life Coaching is all about balance. But it's not always easy to find your balance and to then stay in balance. Regaining your balance after losing it is so important. So often we don't even realize that we're out of balance. It can be tricky. I know this because, well, I've learned it the hard way. I've been on this earth for quite a while now, I've had lots of times when balance has been lost to me completely and I didn't even realize it. I've learned so many ways to regain it and to stay there, solid, and in my body. I coach and mentor what I've lived and learned myself. I've got a lot to offer you and am so happy to share my years of experience and all that I've learned with you. I've been coaching and mentoring for many years and am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach. I'm not going to pretend to be modest here. Simply put, I'm really good at this. I'm a Mamma-Bear and a cheerleader. I'm thrilled when I see you doing well! My goal is to guide you to create whatever it is that you need to be solid in your life. I want you to believe in yourself and present that core part of you that is confident and full of love. I can help you in many aspects of your life and on so many levels. I even specialize in two different things: ~As a Metaphysical Mentor and Coach, I help people find what aspects of metaphysics really light them up. Finding these parts of ourselves can change the way we walk our paths. I have been studying metaphysics for over 30 years. I have a ton of information that I'm excited to share with you. I can help you to pave that path with solid footing and enlightenment. I have a group, Metaphysical Mentorship & Coaching It meets twice monthly. Joining the group will keep your cost down and give you a group of like-minded people to bounce information and ideas off of. Check it out, if metaphysics is your thing, you'll be interested in this community. ~ I also work with people who are emerging from and/or dealing with living life after trauma, and/or life with a narcissist. This is something that I take very seriously. Once upon a time, I was someone who needed this myself. This is a process. It's something that takes patience and persistence to see through. I help you to form solid boundaries and stand steady within yourself while creating what your new life will look like. I'm here to help. Let me be your person. ~Andrea K
