Spiritual Life Coaching is all about balance. But it's not always easy to find it and stay in balance. Regaining your balance and having tools to stay in balance is so important. ~ My second specialty is working with people emerging from and dealing with living life after trauma, and/or life with a narcissist. This is something that I take very seriously. This is an intimate process. It's something that takes patience and persistence to see through. I help you to find your triggers and heal them, form solid boundaries and stand steady within yourself while creating new healthy habits that honor you. I'll show you what your new life will look like. I'm here to help.
