Reiki-Infused Sound Bath and Cacao Share

Cacao ceremony certified Amy Schenck BSN, RN, HNB-BC, RMT will guide everyone to drink a cup of organic ceremonial-grade cacao together. Cacao is healing plant medicine. It is the main ingredient in chocolate, but so very much more. It was given to us during creation to activate our connection to divine intelligence and the cosmos. She is often referred to as “Mama Cacao” because she is a feminine and loving fruit. Cacao is a wise messenger and heart healer. It is prepared as a healthy and uplifting warm drink. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved, and loving.

As the cacao begins to flow, our own crystal diva Jill McLoughlin RN, BSN, HNB-BC, RMT will immerse you with the beautiful sounds and healing of her crystal pyramid, crystal tuning forks, and her crystal harp. During the sound bath, each person will receive Reiki healing from both women. This will help to open up and balance all your chakras and raise the vibration of your energy field. 

You will leave with your heart wide open and feeling full of love and light!

How to prepare:

Please eat light and drink lots of water during the day, dress comfortably in layers, bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillow, and bring an item that represents 'Love' to be placed on the cacao altar. This can be a crystal, picture, item found in nature or anything that resonates with you.

Please note:

A full ceremonial dose of cacao may not be for everybody. Most people can drink cacao. However, if you are pregnant, allergic to chocolate/cacao, have a serious heart condition or have an ulcer we recommend you do not drink a cacao.
