There are strong energy shifts happening in the world that are causing the human energy field to shift. As we take in this higher vibrational energy and expand to elevated dimensions it is important to center our energy into the heart space. To stabilize your energy at the heart you must first balance and clear the lower three chakras which relate to “earthly” influences.

The class will start by balancing and clearing the root, sacral and solar plexus chakras. We will then focus on centering and expanding the energy of the heart chakra. The techniques used include a combination of meditation, tuning forks and heart centered exercises that will leave you feeling balanced and raise your energetic vibration. Basic understanding of the chakra system is preferred.
