About the Event

We will practice mindfulness, chakra balancing, sound healing with Singing Bowls and go on a guided journey! This is a wonderful meditation for all levels. If you're new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, you will benefit from meditating in this group setting. *$20.00 *Minimum of 4 people - Maximum 5 in Person Due to COVID-19 Regulations. *Unllimited Zoom atendies.
