We all have parts of ourselves that we don't like to look at. That's why we keep them in the shadows. 

But did you realize that if you can bring those parts into the light, you can heal them? 

Our first step is to admit that these parts of us exist. Then we can come to terms with them. Only after these parts have been seen can we bring them into our awareness and our hearts to be healed. This is what Shadow Work is all about.

When we bring the shadow into the light, we can incorporate that part of us into the rest of us. We can love all of the parts of ourselves, and is what healing is all about. is wholeness!  thatThat
