Vision boards can be a powerful way to bring your goals, dreams, and desires into reality. Keeping your vision board in a place you view often reminds you (and your subconscious) of your bigger purpose and gives you focus in your daily life. Not to mention, it's fun to dream and create!

This workshop offers an empowering and imaginative goal-setting session where participants will learn the fundamentals of creating a vision board. The first part of the workshop consists of guided Reiki meditation, reflection, and journaling designed to open up the mind. During meditation, you will be asked questions to prompt reflection on your inner dreams and goals. The second half is dedicated to crafting, where participants will transfer their goals into a graphic representation.
