Melanie Sprague and Andrea Kukulka invite you to 90 minutes of Zen.
Melanie and Andrea create this zen space for you to full sink into by using a variety of singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic drumming, windchimes, and even a crystal pyramid. Singing bowls emit a vibration that you feel in your core. They bring enlightenment to your very being. Their bowls are made of Crystal, Brass, and Mixed Metals. These three different tones together really sing! As you relax into the healing vibrations, you may feel: *Release of tension *Chakra alignment *Peace *Spiritual expansion *and more...
