Channeled Meditation with Andrea

When Andrea leads meditation she begins with a physical movement aspect. She'll lead you through opening and balancing your chakras before you settle in to bring through the messages. 

Then from a seated position, she'll bring you to a state of peace where you'll be open to receive the messages that are meant for you. She brings in beings of light, angels, spirit guides, archangels, galactic helpers, and any others that are there for you.
