About the Event
We will practice mindfulness, chakra balancing, sound healing with Singing Bowls and go on a guided journey! This is a wonderful meditation for all levels. If you're new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, you will benefit from meditating in this group setting.
Join our Melanie Sprague as she leads you through channeled meditation. She adds her crystal singing bowls as well as other tools to help bring you into a high vibrational meditational journey.
