She has now blended her physical training and healing training together to focus on helping her clients heal emotionally, mentally, and physically. 

She uses Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers™ techniques. This is a transformative program designed to help individuals experience the benefits of fascial release techniques. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, and bone in the body.
