I've been leading meditations for over a dozen years in groups and in one-on-one meetings. In the past, they've mostly been in person. The only problem with that is that there are people who want to be there, in the room with others, but they can't make it for a variety of reasons. So, I've decided to go online. This doesn't make it any less of a community activity. On the contrary, I've built other groups online that have created beautiful friendships. This will too!
