What is Mindful Communication?
Learn to communicate mindfully with yourself so you can communicate with others and create healthier human connections in your life and work.
You’ll learn foundational tools that can quiet the overactive mind and aid with focus and well-being. These sessions include a dharma share as well as mindful communication tools that can support and guide you in your journey to becoming a calm, confident communicator.

Donna Rustigian Mac is a certified mindfulness teacher and a qualified behavioral change facilitator (MindSciences). She trains individuals and corporate teams to create healthy-human connections through mindful practices and updated, 21st-century communication skills. Donna is also a former media professional, and a coach, and trainer. She will help you become more aware of communication practices that may no longer serve you so you can create healthier connections with yourself and others.
